Overview
This privacy policy applies to the Touchline mobile app and the Aged Athletics website at agedathletics.com. Touchline is operated by Aged Athletics.
We do not require an account, sell in-app purchases, run advertising, or include analytics or behavioral-tracking software in Touchline.
Information in the app
Touchline stores the information needed to run your soccer sessions locally on your device. This may include:
- team colors and the number of teams;
- game, changeover, warning, audio, and session-ending settings;
- the current rotation, timer state, and session statistics; and
- display and keep-awake preferences.
Aged Athletics does not receive this locally stored session information. It remains on your device unless you clear the app’s data or uninstall the app.
Audio and other apps
Touchline plays bundled whistles, announcements, countdowns, and other match sounds. On supported devices, it requests temporary audio focus so music or other audio can become quieter during an announcement and return afterward.
Touchline does not use your microphone, record conversations, or collect the audio played by other apps.
Website visits
The Aged Athletics website does not use advertising cookies, analytics, account logins, or contact forms. It is hosted through GitHub Pages. Like most hosting providers, GitHub may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested page, and timestamp to deliver and secure the site.
GitHub’s handling of that information is described in the GitHub General Privacy Statement. Links to Google Play, GitHub, and other external services are governed by those services’ own policies.
Children
Touchline may be used by adults to organize youth sports, but the app and website are intended for coaches, organizers, and other people managing games. Touchline does not ask children—or any users—to provide names, contact details, precise locations, or account information to Aged Athletics.
Your choices
You control the settings and session information stored by Touchline. You can change them inside the app, clear the app’s storage through your device settings, or uninstall the app.
Changes and contact
We may revise this policy when Touchline’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revision is published.
